AWS' Infrastructure team is looking for a detail-oriented, experienced and professional Cluster Security Manager.
You must hold a government clearance and be willing to go to one of three locations to complete specialized training to prepare for deployment in a data center region.
It is expected that training will be completed over a duration of 6 months.
Once training is completed, individuals will be relocated to the permanent location.
This leader will be a member of a team of industry-leading security experts working with the U.
S.
Government to operate and continuously improve industry-leading security programs and processes.
This leader is responsible for executing security strategy in a high visibility environment to realize the team's vision.
You will have experience managing security of large critical infrastructure installations, ideally data centers.
You will have professional experience managing people with varying skill sets, devising strategies, creating, tracking and controlling budgets, sponsoring projects, and driving improvements of our security readiness.
We're looking for an experienced team member who can prioritize well, can communicate clearly and compellingly, can work well with cross functional teams to drive results, and who understands how to provide valuable working level technical input to drive security strategy.
AWS Infrastructure requires innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and focus on quality and execution.
This Cluster Security Manager will have a multi-disciplined background, a strong track record of supporting security programs, demonstrable program/project management experience, and a deep understanding of government security programs, processes, and requirements.
Among other duties, the Cluster Security Manager will:
Establish and maintain a robust customer relationship with key customers on the Data Center staff to ensure complete understanding of security processes to enable the delivery of viable security responses Maintains an extensive knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology, and updates management on risk and threats that could impact the Data Centers.
Responsible for providing leadership and best practices to on-site Data Center management on security policy and practices.
Identifies exposures and provides recommendations as well as develops corrective plans that will be provided to their next level management.
Provides leadership, advice, and guidance to AWS Data Center staff as well as contract security staff in achieving current and long-range strategic program objectives.
Liaison with local, state, federal, and international law enforcement agencies for the locations of the Data Centers.
- Ensure cluster policies and procedures are developed and operated in accordance with internal and customer security policies and practices- Drive physical Security process/procedure development and implementation.
- Develop, track, and report on key program performance metrics- Continuously monitor processes and drive improvements in efficiency and quality of our security programs- Conduct periodic cluster reviews to ensure compliance with the accreditation/certification and other government requirements in increasingly innovative ways - as well as regular assessment of emerging risks/trends which require new mitigations- Engage with program level management and partner teams on a regular basis- Manage cluster security operations including vendor management for day to day operations of security officer force- Manage a cluster physical security budget.
- Providing oversight and governance of physical security audit preparations, outcomes, and finding remediation and resolution Serves as staff support to security management and assists in conducting investigations of significant threats and/or the loss or misappropriation of assets.
This position will require the candidate to relocate for up to 6 months for specialized training to prepare for a deployment location in a new data center region.
This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
