Job DescriptionThe position provides program leadership to the strategic High Speed Encryption (HSE) development programs of medium to high risk and complexity.
A' The position serves as the HSE Program Manager, leading a new development program (award expected Oct 2020) and the HSE product family.
A' The position has direct accountability for cost, schedule, and technical performance of the programs and the resulting sales, profit, and cash.
Program variables include leading a high visibility Firm Fixed Price development / interdependent investment program, evolving verification/ certification requirements, and dynamic resource requirements in service to challenging program schedules to meet customer and corporate goals.
The position is primarily responsible for project planning, scheduling and execution to cost, schedule and technical constraints on the development programs.
A' It leads integrated cross-functional teams at 5 locations in 4 states, develops and manages by metrics, ensures delivered products are of high quality, and communicates effectively to all levels of the organization up to and including senior executives.
A' The position may lead capture and proposals for additional HSE capabilities and/or follow-on spirals.
The position will also provide leadership and coordination with the HSE production PM.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of P&L on the HSE programsLead and manage a multi-disciplined product development team to meet program cost, schedule and technical requirementsEstablish and grow partnership with customer counterpartsDevelop and manage program plan and performance metrics, including IMS, EV, EAC, and execution phase specific tracking metricsDevelop and manage program baseline, Risk & Opportunity, and disciplined change controlCreate status reports and effectively communicate at PMRs and executive reviewsProactively manage staffing through collaboration with other PMs and functional leadershipMake timely-knowledge based decisions within sphere of responsibility, and drive early awareness and escalation of larger decisions and help needed to senior leadershipProvide leadership to foster a culture of early issue identification, collaboration, and trustRequired Skills:

years of combined professional related working experience in Program Management and Program LeadershipDemonstrated track record of successfully managing a multi-disciplined team, leading by example and driving employee commitment through actions, with a proven ability to foster an environment of positive employee engagement and trustStrong technical background with significant experience in Design, Development, and Transition To Production of electronic productsKnowledge and application of PM Best Practices and effective process tailoringSignificant P&L and/or CAM experienceConditional Program Management Certification - minimum Level 4 Certification, or equivalentEVMS certifiedAbility to travel Up to 10%Ability to effectively communicate to all functions and levels of the organizationAbility to effectively manage multiple simultaneous tasks & dynamically prioritize and revise plansActive DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret and special accessUS CitizenDesired Skills:
