Experience:
(1) Prepare Scope of Work (SOW) and Notice to Proceed (NTP) documents for basic interior renovation projects and exterior projects (grounds maintenance) building services. (2) Responsible for developing and monitoring the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). (3) Develop cost estimates for facility maintenance and repair projects. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
