Responsibilities
MOSAIC is seeking an Instructional Systems Designer with a degree in Instructional Systems Design to provide educational research, instructional systems design, workplace learning, and training development. The Instructional Designer III (ISD) will work with Government project leads to understand and provide the best design and development strategy for the customer's learning objectives. They also will provide leadership and guidance to project teams as they implement those strategies. This person will work with the Project Workflow Coordinator to help determine the expertise needed to meet a projects design development need.
Requirements
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for the design and development of the end product learning solution in accordance with the approved design and development strategy. He/She will work with the lead Instructional Design/Developer to insure that the all design/development aspects of the development strategy are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Systems Design or a directly related field (or an additional 4 yrs in lieu of degree).
A minimum 2 years of recent experience as an Instructional Systems Designer in the following:
Educational research, instructional systems design, technology-based instructional systems design, workplace learning and development, training development
Educational program design and evaluation
Face-to-face learning instructional systems design and development
Synchronous and asynchronous instructional systems design and development
Web-based instructional systems design and development
Computer-based instructional systems design and development
Technology-based instructional systems design and development
Self-paced instructional systems design and development
Using instructional design standards for application-based tools training and tutorial design and development
Blended learning techniques
