Required Skills:
Shall have at least 4 years specialized experience that includes experience in developing and providing technical and end-user training on computer hardware and application software.
Shall have demonstrated writing skills in developing training plans, class materials, training aids, etc.
Shall have proven oral communications skills.
Shall have demonstrated performance in classroom training of large groups.
Shall have knowledge of basic UNIX and Windows commands.
Shall have experience in effectively dealing with customers and possess organizational skills.
Shall have knowledge of MSWord and PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of voice playback and transcription software, multilingual text storage and retrieval software, and streaming video server software.
Knowledge of FrameMaker (including capturing graphics and maintaining books).
Knowledge of query syntax, dataflows, and of how to manipulate traffic.
Understanding of analytical needs.
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Degree: Bachelors Degree in a related field.
Clearance: Positions require a Top Secret security clearance, based on current background investigation (SBI), as well as the favorable completion of polygraph. Clearance and polygraph processing will be completed by the U.S. Government.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
