Key Role:
Analyze customer training requirements and recommend appropriate technology and methods to design and develop language training solutions. Work with the customer to identify the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) used by language analysts and the requirements necessary in the training content. Inspect training materials for inconsistencies or errors to ensure the end-product training meets the customers'' needs. Create and validate customer training requirements. Recommend appropriate training solutions. Apply sound ISD theory to training products. Determine appropriate assessment and evaluation principles for training solution and design and develop training solutions appropriate to the customers'' needs.
Basic
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with instructional design with 1 years of experience with instructor-led design expertise within the last 8 years
-1 year of experience with electronic design and development
-1 year of experience with typing on an English keyboard for English on non-English language
-Ability to display a Level 2 ILR in reading and listening in a foreign language as a native English speaker or Level 3 ILR in reading, listening, and speaking a non-English language and ILR 2 in reading, writing, and listening in English as a native capability speaker
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
-ILR Level 2 in Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Persian Farsi, Punjabi, Urdu

-BA or BS in Chinese, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Persian Farsi, Punjabi, or Urdu, Area Studies, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
Clearance:
