The primary functions of this position include but are not limited to:
Provide acquisition support on functions of program management
Assist program managers in developing program documentation, creating program schedules, tracking program status, evaluating operational and technical alternatives, performing risk assessment and managing integrated product teams.
Provide expertise on the myriad of factors that influence cost, schedule, performance, and risk
Advise in the interpretation and tailoring of acquisition regulations and memorandums, and ensures affordable, supportable and effective systems are delivered to the customer
Provide assistance in analyzing and developing improved policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of acquisition management programs
TSSCI with Polygraph Required.
The individual must have 8 years of demonstrated combined experience in Acquisition management, program management, and/or contract management.
Additional experience in the following areas:
Weekly Spendplan reviews including monitoring and recording changes as directed by the government lead
Weekly balance reviews including amounts, functional areas and plans
Monitor Funds Execution Reports and report findings
Participate in Business Management Team meetings
Submit requisition worksheets
Submit SDSII requirements forms
Assist in the creation of acquisition documents such as Quotes, D&F;'s, SOW's, PARS, PSC, DD254's, Acquisition Security, and etc.
ADHOC budget actions
Review FMHRS and TTO WARs..perform burn rate analysis
PEB updates
CNCI actions as directed by the Cyber Lead
Meet with functional leads to understand their requirements and timelines
Perform BOE data collection and other activities
Spendplan/FINPLAN Build
Manage the organization spendplan
Link functional requirements to organizational goals, Performance Themes, and SID Priorities
Brief Leadership Team - Quarterly
A Bachelor''s Degree in an acquisition related field and professional certification desired. In lieu of the Bachelor''s degree and certification, DAWIA or otherwise, an additional 2 years of directly related experience for a total of 10 years.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
