Key Role:
Provide Cyber operations target support in the form of models, simulations, and laboratories in order to simulate exercise targets, including industrial control systems that support offensive and defensive team activities and training objectives. Integrate the models, simulations, or labs with the Joint information operations range (JIOR) and other exercise systems, including national Cyber range (NCR) and simulation, training, and exercise platform (STEP). Attend exercise planning conferences to determine scenario event requirements and provide full-time SME support during the exercise event and the employment of the model, simulation, or lab.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with the selection and application of IA concepts, methods, and tools to develop M&S capabilities in support of Cyberspace planning, operations, and assessment
-Experience with enabling collaboration with Cyber security SMEs to devise, develop, and implement precedent setting M&S methodologies and tools in support of Cyberspace missions and functions
-Experience with resolving disagreements among SMEs and appropriately representing the interests of the Command in enterprise-level working groups
-Experience with industrial control systems and M&S capabilities of those systems
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-IAT/M Level III Certification
Additional Qualifications:
-BA or BS degree preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
