In this position, you will perform a variety of senior level engineering tasks that are broad in nature and are concerned with system design, risk reduction, implementation and integration. You will have responsibility for personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. You will also serve as the key engineering professional on projects for both customers and the project teams providing guidance and support to technical and programmatic requirements derivation. Provide an analysis for the potential to decommission capabilities currently under sustainment, and to provide a framework for future transitioning of capabilities from sustainment to decommissioning.
## Qualifications
TS/SCI with Poly Required Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Twelve (12) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology Ten (10) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations. Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.
