In this position, you will perform a variety of senior level engineering tasks that are broad in nature and are concerned with system design, risk reduction, implementation and integration. You will have responsibility for personnel, hardware, software and support facilities and/or equipment. You will also serve as the key engineering professional on projects for both customers and the project teams providing guidance and support to technical and programmatic requirements derivation.
The candidate will support the IAD Center for Assured Software (CAS) in assessing software submitted for assessment. They will leverage industry tools to perform static and dynamic code analysis to identify software bugs, flaws, issues, vulnerabilities and provide information for understanding and mitigation of findings.
Qualifications
TS/SCI with Poly Required
Experience must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
Twelve (12) years experience in technical program management and/or as a system development team lead. At least 50% of this experience shall be in programs with particular relevance to SIGINT, Communications Systems, and Information Technology
Ten (10) years experience as a system engineer in programs that encompassed systems architecture, requirements analysis, design, production, integration, test and transition into operations.
Five (5) years system engineering experience obtained in an intelligence community environment.
Additional Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in software testing and assessment
Computer Science background with 3-5 years of experience in any three of the following:
C/C++, C# and Java
XML
Python
Ada
Fortran
Ability to summarize findings in a technical report
Excellent organization skills with the ability to engage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan and execute work in support of this effort with minimal instruction
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with using specific Software Assessment Tools for Java, C/C++, Ada or Fortran
Familiarity with static and dynamic analysis of software code
Familiarity with standards related to Software Assurance (e.g CWSS and CWE)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
