ATS is seeking a Tech Writer for one of our Prime Contracts with the Maryland CustomerWhile Tech Writer may be the job title, there is much more to itIt's a policy writer, white paper editor, and requirements gathererYou will work with customers to translate requirements, so a successful candidate should be good at writing, editing, using style guides and manuals, etcThis is our PRIME contract, and it's what I would call a really cool mission - CI / insider threat focusedYou'd have coworkers who are always at the top of their game, in an environment with very low turnoverAt a minimum, I would call this a level 2 positionWe could also hire up to level 3For level 2, you'll need 6 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal GovernmentA Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFour (4) years of additional technical writing experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
