BAI, a defense contracter is seeking a Product Support Engineer (PSE) to join its Agile Empowerment Technologies (AET) product group supporting mission-critical messaging gateway systems for U.Sintelligence and DoD personnelOur current Product Support Engineer is ready to take the next step in their career with AET, so we are opening the door and looking for a candidate ready to take the next step in their own careerThe Product Support Engineer works directly on-site supporting the mission and acts as the Tier III technical support for all AET products on-siteThe PSE is the primary interface between our customers' operational team and AET's support and development teamAre you able to conduct root cause analysis and determine not only where but why issues may arise? Do you enjoy working in both Linux and Windows environments? Are you ready to work with not only servers, but Java applications, Databases, Web Sockets and APIs? We are looking for you! The PSE will be on site at government installations during normal business hours to provide systems support and will be intimately familiar with all architecture and systems software requirements for AET's softwareWhen needed, the customer can call after hours for critical supportResponsibilities o Install, update, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and monitor multiple Linux and Windows virtual machines running open-source and custom Java applicationso Work directly with software engineers who develop and design the products as needed, to fix product bugs or other issues that may need additional supporto Test and evaluate new software releases for suitability prior to deploying them in a production environmento Implement and manage configuration management practices that align with the customer's enterpriseo Perform on site backup and recovery operations to include disaster recoveryo Provide direct knowledge of customer requirements and ensure that all requirements are being documented and relayed correctlyo Collaborate with engineers and software developers to vet design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components with the customer's environmento Conduct advanced technical troubleshooting to determine what component is failingo Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for uncommon or recurring issueso Provide weekly status reports on project status, schedule, and issues encounteredQualifications All candidates must be U.Scitizens and have at a minimum a TS/SCI with a FSP.Three (3) years of relevant work experience in a customer facing role as a system integrator, system administrator, or system engineerDoD 8570 Compliant certifications (Comptia Network

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
