This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance2HB Incorporated is seeking a SrSystem Engineer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis Junction, MDThe TKO program is seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of the Data Transformation Solutions (DTS) TTOSkills:
o Has Operational experience with value delivery using Agile methodologies of Project Managemento Understanding the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe) and is experienced managing a team using scrum ceremonieso Has used Atlassian products such as Confluence and Jira to support workflow managemento Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, excellent people skills and skills to remove team impedimentso Familiar with the Customer dataflow architectureo Experience leading meetings, meeting documentation and tasking team memberso Able to review software development and provide sound requirements and feedbacko Familiar with Release Planning, Sprint reviews and Scrum of Scrum artifactso Excellent time management and organizational skillso Collaborating with the team and stakeholders including Senior Program Leadership on establishing team goals and prioritieso Preferred experience leading software development teams building enterprise applications.
o Able to translate customer requirements and prioritize the requirements into proper development order.
o Able to manage the teams commits, merges and pushes in Git and organize those processes Nice to have:
o Previous experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environmento Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework environment (SAFe)o Prior experience leading software development teamso Proven experience developing Enterprise Web Applications Required
Experience:
o A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience.
o A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area).
o A Master's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience.
o A PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experienceThis is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
