This person will also assist the account payable team with data entry, account reconciliation and other fiscal data assistance.

Essential Functions:
Greets and welcomes customers, vendors, staff, and directs them to the appropriate department or team member Notifies appropriate staff when visitors arrive Oversees and maintains waiting area Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and takes messages when necessary Review purchases orders Assist with AP records and ledgers Process and distribute incoming mail Verifies documentation Other related duties as assigned POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Must be able to learn software systems Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Extremely organized and able to work with minimum supervision Job Type:
