PROJECT:
Parsons is managing a Technical Services (TS) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Parsons is seeking an Electrical CAD Specialist to perform the following:
Manage and maintain the clients Electrical Master Drawings files using CAD.
Conduct Site Surveys to verify as-built conditions and incorporate them into the Master Drawings CAD files.
Track and organize facility changes to the CAD data holdings.
Coordinates work with engineering and construction teams to ensure project data is of the quality require to support the Master Drawings files.
Perform CAD projects and other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in the Electrical field (or equivalent degree or years of experience) is required with at least 5 years of relevant experience (9 years without a degree) Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required Must be US CitizenSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.
Knowledge of architectural, mechanical and electrical disciplines.
Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with architectural design is also required.
Excellent written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
