DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Information Security Engineer II should have seven (7) years experience providing information security support to system and software development activities. Five (5) years experience in applicable programming languages such as:
JAVA and C+
or C. Experience in creating System Security Plans and obtaining system certifications. Experience with Agency Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations is desired. Candidates must possess either a CASP or CISSP certification REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLY REQUIRED INFORMATION SECURITY ENGINEER 11 shall have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or five (5) years of full time Computer Science work that can be substituted for the BS degree. IAT Level II Certification Required FP-TTO2-2 #CJ Recommended Skills C+

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
