Significant requirements include Mission Management, Operations, and Sustainment activities.
The team will provide 24x7x365 support to multiple Operations Teams and will feature 1st/2nd/3rd Party Partner Engagement.

In this critical Signals and Protocol Analyst role, you will analyze foreign communications and process the signals to uncover the underlying payload and format for further processing by follow-on systems.
The contract has a current opening for a Level 3 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst in a Signals and Protocol Analyst role.
You will use command-line programs and custom scripts to analyze and process adversary communications.
The technology focus will be PROFORMA communications.
Other responsibilities include:
Coordinating with PROFORMA representatives at alternate sites and Enterprise Discovery Analysts to transition discovery to sustained collection Updating RFMO CMs on new developments in collection posture or changes in priority Training military analysts to perform basic PROFORMA collection/troubleshooting Advising mission leadership on strategy to sustain/improve mission systems for effective collection and dissemination Advising mission leadership on infrastructure improvements to ensure future success of mission systems Working with partners to implement improvements to FORNSAT processing systems Required Qualifications At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge of SIGINT development analytic support Within the last ten (10) years, at least seven (7) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Demonstrated Signals Analysis experience in the areas of digital signal modulation, demodulation, multiplexing, forward error correction, and randomization Demonstrated Protocol Analysis experience to include bit-level analysis and payload identification and analysis Demonstrated experience with PROFORMA frame analysis and target validation Demonstrated experience with the FORNSAT mission to include familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies Familiarity with systems and tools used to collect and survey FORNSAT signals to include GOTS tools such as WVT, DVT, and payload analysis tools Demonstrated experience using the Linux operating system, to include use of the command-line Scripting experience such as Bash, Shell, etc.

Pay Range $87,100.
00 - $157,450.
