We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Annapolis Junction office.
A typical day may include:
Answering and screening communications in a professional and timely manner Taking accurate messages with a high degree of professionalism Keeping track of office inventory and purchasing office supplies.
Helping to etting up projects and documentation Creating and reviewing invoices Assisting in necessary accounting and payroll functions
