We are seeking to hire friendly, qualified, and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Pay starts at $15.
00/hr.
plus Overtime as needed, Commissions, and Performance bonuses are available on top of your hourly pay each pay period.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service Ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
