Summary HII Cyber and Engineering is looking for a skilled candidate with experience developing cyber tools for a position based out of Annapolis Junction, MD, with opportunity to work remotely, supporting the VENOM Internal Research and Development (IR&D) Project. VENOM brings together the fields of Big Data and Offensive Cyber, and HII requires skilled candidates to assist with the design, development, test, and demonstration of this unique capability. CI MV TE What you will do Designs, develops, tests, and documents new tools, systems, applications, and solutions for cyber systems and networks Integrates new features into existing infrastructures Designs architectural artifacts, provides architectural analysis of features, and relates existing system to future needs and trends Embeds advanced forensic tools and techniques for attack reconstruction Provides engineering recommendations, and resolves integration and testing issues May interface with external entities including law enforcement, intelligence and other government organizations and agencies What we are looking for 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience Demonstrated experience with reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis Demonstrated understanding of network protocols and experience analyzing network traffic Demonstrated understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and exploitation methods Clearance:
Must be able to possess and maintain a TS/SCI Bonus points for 3 or more years of experience developing cyber capabilities and systems 3 or more years experience developing in Python, C, or other relevant languages Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
