Graphic Designer
RackTop is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work on a variety of creative media projects including video, digital, and print.
The individual will report directly to the head of marketing.
The ideal candidate will have an expressive modern design sensibility that will drive market awareness and elevate the brand.
For the last decade, RackTop has led a transformative approach to cyberstorage protection that aligns with a new era of data-driven cyber attacks.
We support a diverse group of clients in healthcare, utilities, financial services, higher ed, as well as state, local, and federal government agencies.
Our designer has the opportunity to shape and conceptualize how people, enterprises, and organizations protect and defend their data from cyber threats.
We currently support a hybrid work environment with weekly in-person days at our Fulton, MD office.
Position RequirementsEnsure all creative projects adhere to company design guidelines including overall style, color palatte, fonts, and logo consistencyCreate graphic iconography and illustrations to clearly portray complex technical conceptsSupport ongoing collateral projects include product sheets, tech specs, case studies, and white papers to support demand gen effortsDigital projects may include WordPress layouts, digital ads, infographics, social media imagery, and email marketing contentVideo and animation projects may include creating intros and outros, featured video graphics, editing recorded media, and animating technical conceptsEvent graphics including pop-up graphics and large booth displaysCollaborate on PowerPoint presentations including template design or audience specific updatesDeliver production-ready media files that elevate and amplify the brandHighly organized with ability to manage and prioritize multiple projectsDevelop and maintain image library filesDeadline and detail-orientedQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higherMust provide relevant work samples or design portfolioProficiency in relevant Adobe Suite and MS Office softwareUI/UX and web design experience preferredHubSpot skills preferredExperience or interest in cybersecurity.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
