The System Administrator provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Configures and manages Linux operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Our Program is seeking innovative engineers to support a critical application centered in the Analytic mission as well as modernize the legacy system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies:
- Agile development and delivery of software - Monolithic Application Support and Maintenance - Microservices Architecture migration - User Interface and User Experience with enhanced workflows - DevSecOps and Automation of CI/CD pipeline - Help Desk and 24X7 system call-in and on-call support/maintenance NOTE:

Qualifications:
Nine (9) years of professional System Administration experience on programs of similar size and scope. Desired Skills:
Experience with the following:
- ELK Stack - Prometheus - Grafana - Jaeger - Linux, Cloud infrastructure management (platform agnostic), CI/CD Pipeline Automation - Activemq, NGINX, Tomcat - Jira, Confluence, GIT Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is desired. Four (4) years of Systems Administrator experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
System & Network Administration, Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
